Our Story
Clinical Staffing Supports was founded by professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges healthcare and community organizations face in maintaining reliable, qualified staffing.
Through their experience working in the healthcare sector, our founders recognized how staffing shortages, inconsistent support, and gaps in staff competency can affect both service delivery and the quality of life of individuals receiving care.
They established CSS to help bridge these gaps, bringing clinical understanding into the staffing process and helping organizations access professionals equipped to meet the unique needs of their programs and the people they support.

Meet the Founders
Suvees Kulaveerasingham
Suvees is a Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic treatment. His professional passion lies in Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM) — focusing on closing gaps in service quality and staffing support.
Div
Kaur
Div is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA, Ont.) with vast experience across the developmental service sector. She has worked extensively with youth and adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, often supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs and dual diagnosis.
A Shared Vision
Together, Suvees and Div bring more than 20 years of combined experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Their work includes providing behavioural therapy and consultation to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI), and other developmental and neurological conditions.
Suvees and Div understand first-hand the barriers that organizations face — from staff retention and competency to the difficulty of sustaining quality and consistency in care. Having worked frontline as clinicians and in leadership roles, they founded Clinical Staffing Supports to bring practical solutions to those challenges. Their mission is to help organizations stabilize their teams, improve service delivery, and ultimately create better outcomes for the individuals and families they serve.
